All orders are dispatched via Royal mail, DPD and evri in Uk , for international delivery we use FedEx and DHL. For some times shipping is free in the uk and for international delivery what is included in the shipping fee is comprehensive insurance in case DHL or FedEx misplaces your item or does something similar.
Please be aware that things do happen and that I have no control over them. A claim MUST be made with the relevant shipping company in the event that a package is missing. They will be in charge of paying you back; WIGBY JKC will not be held accountable.
Once your order has been completed, shipping usually takes up to 3-7 business days within Uk and 3-15 business days (international) to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.

Cancellations: You have till that same day (11:59 PM GMT+1) to cancel once your order is placed. After then, you won’t be able to cancel at all.
