Refund, Returns & Order Policy

1. Overview

At Wigby JKC, we specialise in premium raw hair wigs, customised units, and personalised services. Due to the nature of our products, strict policies apply to protect hygiene, quality, and business operations.

By placing an order, you agree to all terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • UK orders: within 3 days of delivery
  • International orders: within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
  • Unused
    • Unworn
    • In original packaging
    • With tags intact
    • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customised wigs (coloured, plucked, styled, layered, glueless, etc.)
  • Wigs altered after delivery
  • Raw hair bundles that have been opened, installed, or tampered with
  • Sale items
  • Digital products (courses, tutorials, masterclasses)
  • Gift cards

4. Invalid Return Reasons

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Found cheaper elsewhere
  • No longer needed
  • Personal preference

All returns must have a valid, approved reason.

5. Return Process

To request a return via:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos

Returns sent without approval will NOT be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Damages & Issues

Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery.
If your order is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Faulty

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with evidence.
We will assess and resolve accordingly.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product:

  1. Return eligible item
  2. Place a new order

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method

9. Installment Payments Policy

For wigs purchased via installment:

  • All installment purchases are binding agreements
  • Failure to complete payment will result in:
    • 19% administrative fee deduction
    • £12.99 bank processing charge
    • £22 late/delay fee
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deductions
  • If a customer finds a replacement buyer:
    • The transfer must be approved by Wigby JKC
    • Fees will still apply

10. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received
  • Processing times vary depending on:
  • Customisation
  • Wig preparation
  • Order volume

Estimated timelines will be communicated where necessary.

11. Shipping Disclaimer

Wigby JKC is not responsible for:
  • Courier delays
  • Lost or stolen parcels after dispatch
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

12. EU Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers:
You may cancel your order within 14 days, provided the item:
  • Has not been used
  • Meets return conditions
(Custom items are still excluded)
