Registration Deposit
A non-refundable registration deposit of £50 is required to secure a training slot.
The deposit will be deducted from the total course fee, and the remaining balance must be paid before training begins.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Students who cancel at least 14 days before the course start date will receive a refund minus the £50 administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future training date subject to availability.
Once training has started, no refunds will be issued.
Wigby JKC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
Training Materials & Intellectual Property
All training materials, techniques, and learning resources provided during the course remain the intellectual property of Wigby JKC Limited.
Recording training sessions or redistributing training materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
Health & Safety
Students must follow all health and safety guidelines provided during the training sessions.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the course without refund.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior during training sessions.
