Wigby JKC Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides custom wigs, hair products, and professional training services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • All information provided is accurate
  • You are authorised to use the payment method

3. Orders & Acceptance

 

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • Prices may change without notice

4. Custom Wig Policy

All wigs are:

  • Made-to-order
  • Customised to your specifications.

Therefore:
  No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks once production begins

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The wig is uniquely made for you
  • It cannot be resold
  •  

5. Product Accuracy

We aim to display all wigs accurately. However:

  • Lighting, screens, and angles may affect appearance
  • Slight variations may occur

6. Service Modifications

We may:

  • Update pricing
  • Modify services
  • Remove products

At any time without notice

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel suspicious or abusive orders
  • Block fraudulent customers

8. Intellectual Property

All content (images, videos, training materials) belongs to Wigby JKC.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Installment Payments Policy

For wigs purchased via installment:

  • All installment purchases are binding agreements
  • Failure to complete payment will result in:
    • 19% administrative fee deduction
    • £12.99 bank processing charge
    • £22 late/delay fee
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deductions
  • If a customer finds a replacement buyer:
    • The transfer must be approved by Wigby JKC
    • Fees will still apply

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption
  • Misuse of products

11. Shipping Responsibility

Once dispatched:

 Liability transfers to the customer

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost parcels
  • Courier issues

12. International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes

13. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide correct details.

If incorrect:

  • No refund
  • Re-delivery fee applies

14. High Value Orders

We strongly recommend:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured)

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law (England & Wales).
